I have this as well. I got it just as my A/Mo was loading the Factions second mission place.

Anyone know what Code 013 is?

Why would it be a problem with routers or hubs or Anti-Virus software?

GW was working half hour ago, its not working now. Simple as. Same programs, same router.

People have been having problems for days now (see other thread). And yes, I too got and error 040 when warping to a new area (EU server) and now can't get past the char screen, error 013, whatever that is. I blame Shiro, Anet and NCsoft. I also blame Bush and that mexican tortilla I had yesterday.

Jus got an 040 warping back to town after a farming run, then 013s as at the char screen

Had an 007 earlier, n only one of my 6 chars would log on. Now this. Grrrr is all I really have to say

Code=013 started popping up about half an hour ago here as well while I was travelling, now it just pops up every time I want to start playing. Not much we can do about it but wait I guess.

code 13 is an aanet problem- the servers are down, can be anything from 10 mins to 3 hours before they get up and running again...

This is quite a frustrating day. Its the hottest July day for a century, I had to work away today in an office where the air con was broke in front of a window with the blazing sun coming through, then my text messaging breaks so i can recieve messages but can't send them (cue texts from my girlfriend asking why I don't reply), then a do my ankle in so I can't play football tonight, and now code 013 is laughing at me!

ARGGGHHHH!!!!!!! Forum database errors!!! (lucky I have learnt to copy and paste what I write.
